I recently had a great experience purchasing a used Hyundai Kona at Chambersburg Hyundai. My salesperson was very personable yet professional and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He made me feel very comfortable and has a great personality and never made me feel like I was being rushed into the sale at all.
Coming from someone who has always felt pressured when buying a car, I felt none! Our salesperson was respectful and really listened to what I wanted in a car! He got me into a new car which I never thought possible. He even stayed after his shift for two hours to make sure everything was correctly done and handled before I left the lot, your patience didn't go unnoticed! Almost three weeks ago, I had the BEST car-buying experience in my entire lifetime! I must have purchased 10 or more cars over the years and I have NEVER had the high class, top-of-the-line customer experience like I did when I just bought my brand new red Hyundai Elantra from our salesperson… It is also important to mention that I have been bringing my previous vehicle -- my Hyundai Accent -- to Chambersburg Hyundai for all my service needs and because their Service Department and the service advisor is just as AWESOME as our salesperson in their Sales Department, I wanted to give my customer loyalty to Chambersburg Hyundai and they NEVER LET ME DOWN!!! Their Service Department treats me like ROYALTY and now buying my brand-new car was another experience of being treated like ROYALTY by Chambersburg Hyundai!!!
After totaling my full-size SUV, being cut out of it, and having no choice but to shop with my injuries, I was in no mind set to haggle or feel pushed in purchasing a vehicle. Our car shopping at Chambersburg Hyundai was beyond easy and a pleasant learning experience. Each and every staff member was kind and considerate and took their time with us regardless of closing hours, repeat questions or changing our minds. I positively love my Tucson and I feel certain I've made a lifelong friendship of my salesperson… Chambersburg Hyundai is a five star dealership. We looked at multiple brands, in multiple cities, and I can tell you with 100% certainty NO other dealership, NOT ONE, even came close to the Customer Service that Chambersburg Hyundai and our salesperson provided for us.

We recently traded in a vehicle/purchased a new one with our salesperson! He is an excellent communicator inside and outside of the dealership! He was willing to work around my husband's work schedule to help us get into a new vehicle. He was willing to negotiate and give us the best trade in value for our old vehicle and best deal on the new vehicle. ... On top of that great experience, we then had to turn around a couple of weeks later and come back because we had popped a tire! The customer service from the service department was AMAZING! Every person we came in contact with on the phone or in person was knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. The service manager even went out of his way to help us in our situation when we felt like we were out of options. I could not speak more highly of this establishment! They have a great team of people and it shows!
The Service department proved to me this is the most honest dealership I've ever dealt with. The service advisor could have charged me $500+ and I would never have known about it, but literally fixed my problem with a $5 part. Also got quick service!!
